1. Processing Time
All orders are usually processed within 3-5 business days after confirmation.
During launches, restocks or sale periods, processing times may be slightly longer — but we’ll always keep you updated.
2. Shipping Timeline
Estimated delivery timelines (after dispatch)
- Metro cities: 1-2 business days
- Other locations: 5–7 business days
Please note that delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on your location and courier service availability.
3. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on orders above ₹2000
- A standard shipping fee may apply to orders below this amount
Any applicable shipping charges will be visible at checkout before payment.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS so you can follow your order’s journey.
5. Delays
While we always aim to deliver on time, occasional delays due to weather, logistics or high order volumes may happen. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding.
6. Returns & Exchanges
We offer returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return/ exchange:
- The item must be unused and unworn
- All original tags must be attached
- The product must be in its original condition
Once your return request is approved, our team will guide you through the next steps.
7. Refunds
Once the returned product passes quality checks, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
For COD Orders :
An additional ₹250 reverse shipment charge will be applicable if a customer wants to return/ exchange their COD order.
For Customised Orders :
Customised orders are not eligible for exchange or return.
